By-Laws and Constitution

Below are the current By-Laws and Constitution. They are modified annually to help serve the AUCSC community better. If you have any suggestions regarding the By-Laws or Constitution, please contact the Office Administrator.

Board Meeting Minutes

The Board of Directors meet monthly to discuss improvements, events, and business for the club. To request a topic for discussion at these meetings, please sumbit the request to the AUCSC Administrator. For the general membership, board minutes are created to summarize every meeting. Minutes are available from each board meeting.  If you would like to review the minutes from previous years please request a copy(-ies) from the AUCSC Administrator.
